Refund & Returns Policy

Digital products (Revit families, AutoCAD blocks, detail sheets) are delivered instantly on purchase. Because files are downloadable immediately, we do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued, except where the files are materially faulty or do not match their listing.

If something’s wrong with a purchase, email dhdassanayaka@gmail.com within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
